90 Day Returns Policy

UK RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to refund your goods on the criteria below; we unfortunately do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different size, simply place a new order online. This makes it quicker and easier for you to receive an alternative size, rather than going through an exchange process.

REFUNDS:

  • Fill out the returns slip that comes with your parcel.
  • Enclose the returns slip with the product you are returning and package up securely, removing the original delivery labels.
  • Items must be returned within 90 days of you receiving the order and be unused and in their original packaging.
  • We offer 2 different options to return your goods for a refund :

1. DPD Local: Drop to Shop – £5.99 (UK mainland only, excludes highlands, islands)

We can arrange for a pre-printed label to be emailed to you. This allows you to return your parcel via the DPD Local network of registered shops.

Upon payment we will arrange for your Drop to Shop label to be emailed to you
The label should be printed and applied to your parcel.
Take your parcel to the nearest Registered Shop Return Point.
Find your nearest DPD Local Collection Shop, vist www.dpd.co.uk/pickuplocator
You can track the progress of your return using the DPD Local tracking number on the receipt you will be given when you drop your parcel off.

2. Return at your own expense any way you like to the following address:

  • Fill out the returns slip that comes with your parcel.
  • Enclose the returns slip with the product you are returning and package up securely, removing the original delivery labels.
  • Items must be returned within 60 days of you receiving the order and be unused and in their original packaging.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office or courier as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our store. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example buy 2 get 10% off) you will be refunded the full price of the item less any discount given in the offer.

Free Gifts must be returned if refund is required on order.

Refunds will only be made after the returned product has been received by us. Payment will be refunded within 14 working days of our receipt of the product. (Please note that during busy periods such a Christmas it may take a little longer)

CLEARLY LABEL ON OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE THAT ITEM IS A RETURN OR IT MAY INCUR IMPORT COSTS THAT YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR.

We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our store. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

Items must be returned in their original re-saleable condition, unworn, unwashed and with any original labels still attached and packaging intact and must be received within 90 days of your receipt of the goods.

We are not able to reimburse overseas return postage costs.

Returns from outside the EU

Returns from outside the EU may be subject to custom charges and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability. If they apply they may require to be paid before the Parcel will be released for delivery. You may require to pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country, you may wish to contact your local Tax or Customs office for further details.
